Service Response Center

The Service Response Center (SRC) is the central hub for managing all maintenance and repair requests assigned to Georgia Southern Facilities Services. The SRC tracks each request, provides updates on the current status once a work order number is issued, and sends a completion notification once the work is finished.

Submitting a Work Order Request

To request campus maintenance or repair services, complete the Work Order Request Form. All fields on the form must be filled out for processing.
